We would like to update our VBulletin based site with a new theme. We are on version 4.2. We focus on the forum, gallery and blog sections, and have a separate home page (forum is /forum). We would like an attractive new custom theme and layout with custom postbits, etc... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: PHP, vBulletin)
