I need a bot program to allow me to bump post (around 20 threads or more) at a fixed time - open to bidding by sexyonfoot

This is the website I'd like a program that would allow me to do bump thread at a pre-set fixed time (0.1~3.5hours e.g.) for a forum that requires captcha codes.
