I have a chinese discuz forum . I want to get some things done with it , and because the admin panel is in chinese , i can't ! What i need is : 1) Turn URL's to friendly ones . 2) Add an option to rate a post ( stars or so ) I might need some other things ... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Forum Software, Website Design)
