I am currently running a vbulletin version 3.07. which is WAY out of date. I would like someone to not only move my forum to the my server but also using ImpEx take all of my members, forums, posts, skin,... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
