Here are the changes I need made - When you like a post, the "Like" button changes into a "Liked" button that is not clickable. You cannot like the same post more than once. The "point" count on the page should also go up without it redirecting to another page... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Forum Software, PHP, Software Architecture)
