Create a plugin for the Forum MyBB who create Opengraph Tags for Facebook by badPussycat

I need a simple plugin who creates og tags for my forum. But only for posts. But only for posts with a good rating from a user with good reputation, otherwise the og tas should have default values and pointing to the index of the forum itself... (Budget: €30 - €250 EUR, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
