I am looking to start a rc hobby site where users can buy and sell used rc gear. There are a few online based on a forum mod but I want something a bit different. Users would need to be able to post ads for sale or trade or a wanted ad... (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
