Hi, I'm a pretty basic user of WordPress. I don't think I have ever downloaded the software, other than the app to my phone, and I don't know what a database is. I tried to change my url today. The result was that I can't log in under the new or the old url... (Budget: $10-$30 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress)
