I want to make a fairly simple website where people can post to it anonymously. The idea is that members of the public can post their problems anonymously on the page, for others to view. They are given an anonymous handle/title, and their post is shown on the page... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP, Website Design)
